I am a well rounded Turks and Caicos Islander, with experience in the business field and legal profession and am now serving as a Real Estate Agent for the past three years.

I believe in

I am a member of

the Turks and Caicos Islands Real Estate Association (TCREA) which provides me the advantage of having access to all real estate properties that are available on the market for sale.

And is also a member of the National Colony Realty team.

I have become even more active in community projects and have taken much interest in the National Cancer Society of Providenciales.

In return a portion of all my real estate sales proceeds goes to the National Cancer Society.

About the Turks & Caicos Islands

The Turks & Caicos Islands (TCI) is located 575 miles south east of Miami and 80miles north east of the Bahamas.
The Turks & Caicos total 166 square miles of land area on the eight islands and forty small cays.
The Islands' population is approximately 30,000. The country consists of a chain of islands namely West Caicos, Providenciales, North Caicos, Middle Caicos, East Caicos, South Caicos, Grand Turk and Salt Cay. The islands are all unique in their own ways.

Providenciales

Providenciales is the most developed of the Turks and Caicos Islands and has been the leader in price appreciation. Grace Bay an area of Providenciales, is known as the center of commercial developments and is home to the majority of the condominium developments. Grace Bay beach has made a name for its self worldwide.
Grand Turk
Grand Turk is the Captial of the Turks and Caicos Islands and is considered second in line when it comes to development in the islands. Grand Turk is home to our historic navy base and to the Carnival cruise port.
North Caicos
North Caicos known in the past as the "Green island" is popular for its agricultural aspects, and the many protected nature reserve areas. There are a few condominium developments on the islands.
Middle Caicos
Middle is linked to North Caicos by a cause way which makes transport between the two islands easy. Middle Caicos is famous for its prestine beaches especially that of Bambarra and is also recognize for the historical sites such as the ancient caves and indigenous bats <
South Caicos
One of the smallest islands in the Turks and Caicos archepelago, and is known for the excellent scuba diving, deep sea fishing and bone fishing.
